§ 1Controller

§ 2Principles
We only process personal data where necessary to provide this website and our services, where there is a legal basis, or where you have consented. This website uses no analytics or tracking services (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo) and no advertising cookies; no user profiles are created. External content (the booking calendar) is only loaded when you explicitly ask for it.
§ 3Website provision and server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical access data in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device (anonymised after 24 hours at the latest)
- Date and time of access, name and URL of the requested file
- browser and operating system used, referrer URL
- amount of data transferred and HTTP status code
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the stable and secure operation of the website and in detecting and repelling attacks. No combination with other data sources takes place. Log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest.
§ 4Appointment booking via HubSpot
On the "Contact" page you can book a discovery call directly. The booking calendar is provided by the HubSpot Meetings service. The calendar is only loaded once you click "Load booking calendar". Before that, no connection to HubSpot takes place. With the click, a HubSpot script is loaded and the calendar is displayed as an embedded window from HubSpot servers; in doing so, technical connection data (e.g. IP address, browser information) may be transmitted to HubSpot, and HubSpot may store cookies or similar technologies on your device.
Data processed when booking
- Name and email address (required)
- voluntary details in the booking form (e.g. company, phone, message)
- selected appointment and time zone
Legal bases
Loading the calendar and accessing your device are based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG), which you give with the click. Processing your booking data serves to arrange and hold the appointment and to prepare a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting this website's local storage and cookies in your browser.
Provider and third-country transfer
The provider is HubSpot Ireland Ltd., One Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland, a subsidiary of HubSpot Inc., 2 Canal Park, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA. HubSpot processes booking data on our behalf; the data is hosted in the EU region. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. HubSpot is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR also apply. More information: legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.
We store booking data for the duration of processing your enquiry and delete it afterwards unless statutory retention obligations apply or a contractual relationship follows.
§ 5Contact by email and phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of your message) to handle your enquiry and for follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Data is deleted once the purpose no longer applies and no retention obligations exist.
§ 6Fonts (self-hosted)
This website uses the IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Mono typefaces. They are loaded entirely from our own web server; no connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) takes place. The fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
§ 7Cookies and local storage
This website itself sets no cookies. You choose the language via the address (German at codeshuttle.de, English at codeshuttle.de/en/); nothing is stored for this. In your browser's local storage (localStorage) we store at most one value, which never leaves your device:
cs_booking_ok– only if you tick "remember for future visits" when loading the booking calendar; the calendar is then loaded directly in future. Legal basis: your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG).
You can delete this value at any time in your browser settings. HubSpot cookies can only arise after you have loaded the booking calendar (see § 4).
§ 8External links
This website contains links to other websites, such as igrf.com or the Official Journal of the EU. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click such a link; that provider is responsible for its own data processing.
§ 9Recipients and retention
Your data is only received by our hosting provider and – when booking an appointment – HubSpot as processors. Data is not shared for advertising purposes. Beyond that, we only disclose data where there is a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). We delete personal data once the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention periods apply (in particular § 147 AO and § 257 HGB).
§ 10Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). We do not make automated individual decisions within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. An informal message to info@igrf.de or to our address is sufficient.
